Our rug cleaning process has stood the test of time.

We follow a stringent set of steps to ensure the utmost care for delicate fibers. Starting with a thorough analysis of your rug, the Royal Rug Gallery team will then walk you through and discuss the process we recommend, as well as offer suggestions for proper care to avoid any damages. Our team consists of master craftsmen who are proven experts in their field. Our meticulous 6-step rug cleaning process includes:

1. Inspection

A prewash inspection to assess condition and to determine which type of wash is recommended.

2. Plan

A cleaning plan to address any stains or repairs that may require attention.

3. Wash

A thorough washing is done with care to protect the delicate fibers of each rug.

4. Rinse

A thorough rinsing follows to remove all soap and remaining particles.

5. Dry

Rugs are dried in our exclusive, custom-engineered, two-story high drying balcony.

6. Final Inspection

Rugs are inspected before its release for delivery or pick-up.
